- Preheat your oven to 180°C or 350°F.

- Mix in your melted butter and sugar, and then whisk in your eggs and vanilla until your mixture is fluffy and lightly coloured.
- Then mix in the melted chocolate to the mixture. Make sure the chocolate is not too hot. Otherwise, your eggs will start to cook.
- Then add your flour, salt, and cocoa powder to the mixture. Use a whisk to mix and a sieve to sift.
- Add the mixture to a rectangular baking tray lined with greaseproof parchment paper.
- Then gently fold your sifted dry ingredients onto your wet ingredients with a plastic spatula. Avoid mixing them too much.
- Put your brownies into your oven and bake for roughly 20-25 minutes. Then allow them to cool down for about an hour.
